Burke P. McCormack, Principal graduated from Cornell University with a degree in economics and received an MBA from Columbia University.  Prior experience includes 12 years with Manufacturers Hanover Corporation a predecessor institution to JP Morgan Chase as Vice President and Area Manager covering commercial and investment banking in Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. His experience also includes lending experience in several European countries. Prior to establishing Ardmore Capital, he was a Senior Managing Director for a boutique investment bank specializing in investment banking services to U.S. middle market companies.
 Under Ardmore Capital his experience includes successfully closing transactions with  OPIC (Overseas Private Investment Corporation) in Mexico, equity financings for oil and gas development in Texas, the negotiation of exclusive country rights in Georgia and Azerbaijan with Wendy’s Inc on behalf of a major CIS Company and successful equity placements on behalf of two banks in the CIS. 

Miguel Trevejo Mendez, Managing Director, has served with the Ministry of External Affairs of Spain and opened the first Embassy in Ghana in 1968, and was thereafter appointed Chancellor of the Spanish Embassy in Ghana, He has attended various courses in Madrid, in marketing, commerce and export business and international relations as well as attended various business lectures in the Chamber of Commerce receiving a B.A. for Business Administration and courses in basis computer science. In 1998, Mr. Trevejo worked in West Africa as marketing manager in import and export for a West African Company, focusing mainly in Nigeria, Ghana, Gabon, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Kenya etc. Mr. Trevejo was made Managing Director of International Business Consultants S.A., a Spanish based company, trading with West African Countries, which are suppliers to Nigeria for steel and commodities. He also was a consultant to a marine consulting company, "Marte S.A” as advisor in International business, and Public Relations, Employed as Managing Director of “Dolmen Iberica de Telecomunicaciones y Sistemas S.A”. a Spanish/Irish venture company of communications in Spain, and‘Trade Maritim”,
a marine and trade consulting company also in Spain.

Feargal Gleeson, Associate, Business Development;  Mr Gleeson's credentials include evaluating and sourcing investment opportunities across a wide variety of sectors. Prior to joining Ardmore Capital, he was a Senior Associate at Midfarm Capital, where he sourced, serviced and maintained the firm's relationships for direct investments and new issues. He brings international business and IR knowledge via 3 years of extensive research into liquid mining and renewable energy companies on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and the London Stock Exchange with a prior fund. Feargal has experience with both Public and Private Companies on the investment scale, including developing detailed financial models and performing industry analysis. He holds a MSc from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Gulam D. Baghirov, Special Representative in CIS, graduated from State Economy University of Azerbaijan with a degree in management and received an MBA from Central European University.  Prior experience includes 9 years with Azertunel Construction Company as Deputy Director covering financial institutions and Financial Manager in Aghalar Construction Company. Started to work with Ardmore Capital in 2009; Mr. Baghirov was the lead contact in the negotiations in with various commercial banks in the CIS.

Krasimir Petrov, Analyst graduated the Academy of Economics in Bulgaria with two bachelor degrees (Finance; Statistics & Econometrics) and has also a Master degree in Financial Management.  He has valuable credit risk and financial analysis experience, gained in leading financial and insurance institutions in Central and Eastern Europe.  Currently he is an investment analyst in one of the most successful Private Equity investment companies in the region.
